Horrible experience. I booked a full balayage appt a month out since they’re so busy. A day before the appt, Leda cancels because she’s sick. She doesn’t even bother to reschedule an appt right away, it was like pulling teeth. The next date available on their website was another month out! She gave me a temporary date but says she may cancel it again if she has to and to look at other salons in the meantime. The date came and I got to go for my full balayage appt. I even paid for a full balayage appt, due to their website prices. Tell me why when I got home, I noticed NO colour all throughout my head, the colour was mainly just on the top of my head. I called to ask Leda about it and she was pretty adamant that I paid for a HALF balayage. It was never communicated to me that I was getting a half job done. She also said “why would you even want colour in the back? No one will see it”. If that’s what the customer wants, why does it matter? So incredibly rude & unprofessional. Don’t bother wasting your time at this poorly run business.

The hairstylists are friendly, approachable and professional. I'm always warmly greeted by someone when I enter the salon. Each and every one of them is superb but I like to go see Leda for any of my haircuts. She's friendly, conversational, transparent, and she knows what styles I like and executes it. I wouldn't even consider going for short hair again if it wasn't done by Leda.

Amazing warm and friendly staff. Extremely knowledgeable about hair and superior work with my hair. I always get lots of compliments and love my hair. I highly recommend Iconic Hair Studio. You will not be disappointed.
