I would highly recommend this company as they did excellent work on my basement. I had a flood and they came to assess the very evening that they were called. They were always on time, available to answer questions, were all very respectful and were up front about the process every step of the way. They cleaned up well once the emergency services had been completed. This company will be doing the rebuild, so will add another review once that has been completed.

I hired Highland to do the Duct Work at my house. I am speechless with the amazing work that they did. I also had them so my upholstery cleaning and my furniture looked amazing. I will be calling them to do more work.

I had a fire in my home, and the employees from highland were very professional. They did an amazing job cleaning everything up. I would definitely recommend them, and also use them again if I ever need any services in my home.

Highland Restoration came to clean my air ducts and did a fabulous job. They were professional, courteous,and even repaired an area that a previous company had failed to seal properly.They exceeded all my expectations. I would definitely have them come back again.

This company was amazing to deal with. Our sump pump overflowed in our finished basement. We never had an insurance claim before, and we were so overwhelmed. The basement is our only open space for our kids to play, and losing use of it was a huge interruption to our life. Our project manager and all of the staff that put us back together were outstanding. Their compassion, communication, and empathy were wonderful. They did everything they promised to do and kept us updated every step of the way. Don't listen to any of the people who have posted a negative review, they are full of it and probly tried to take advantage!

Booked these guys 3 days in advance to clean a seniors apartment while he was in the hospital. Only on the day of cleaning, Friday of a long weekend, do they inform me that they need a 220v outlet. If they informed me on booking, I could have at least made other arrangements!!!

Terrible service from all aspects. Managers and staff don't return calls, "lost" a Persian rug told me it was dumped and destroyed magically after threatening them with liability it was "found in a back of a van"!! Didn't bring fans or dehumidifier after flood but called to pick them up 3 days later all the while not returning my calls asking for this equipment?
Book install appointments without notice and were incredibly challeneged to work with a night shift worker. Oh.. delayed content management by making false accusations that contents were not owned by insurer? But did not follow up or try to clarify this. Insured found out by self and corrected the matter. There was never any question with insurance adjuster that contents were the owners and to be covered.

Honestly, the most disfunctional company I've ever used. They tried to overbill multiple times and were 4 months behind on completing the job. I wouldn't let this company cut my grass let alone rebuild another home

When we experienced flooding in our basement, Highand and the whole team were absolutely hard working and professonal in the cleanup operation! We would recommend them anytime. Its good to know that such a great team is able to help out in times of crisis!!
