We visited Advanced Hearing as my husband was having problems with his hearing aid. The staff was so helpful . Isabelle was so friendly each time we went, and we were there many times. She checked it on several occasions and had it working again. She is supper professional.

If you need hearing aids or need to know anything about them. You're at the right place. Staff is friendly, no pressure, and always smiling.

Got some from a different company last year and it made everything worst...had given up but noticed "free trial". LIFE CHANGING is not even close to the right words. I've only had them for a few days and wow, my life has improved on so many levels and that is with no fine tuning at all. Professional at the office with the test and explained everything and helpful with all the paperwork. Highly recommended. Thanks for making my life better.

They prescribed us hearing aids for nothing, the diagnosis was wrong and we wasted thousands of dollars. The doctor continually said we could return them later on if we needed to, but when we called back they said it had been too long and they refused. The aids were only used for 3 days and they can be cleaned. Pretty infuriating when we didn't need them in the first place. **If you go in looking for hearing aids for someone with dementia, make SURE the audiologist takes that into consideration. The patient 's responses might be interpreted as problems with hearing and not cognitive problems due to dementia. We are very disappointed.
