Had the worst customer service ever. The lady at the counter didn’t listen AT ALL. My boyfriend asked for a crispy chicken sandwich with onion rings (he had to say it 3-4 times because she wouldn’t listen, she would rather speak to her friends), she gave him an original beef burger with fries. When I told her that it wasn’t what we ordered, she bitched at me. I had to argue with her and keep refusing to take her original sandwich for her to tell the cook to redo the order. She also bitched at other customers all the time we were waiting. When we asked what sauces they had she told us (in a very unpolite/super bothered way): mayo/mustard. (They actually have like a least 8 different type of sauce) We felt completely unwanted and she looked like she didn’t want to work at all. We bothered her for being there. If you can’t control your employees I will definitely won’t be back.

Je vais chez Harvey's depuis mon enfance et j'adore les Dill dans mes hamburgers. Mais aujourd'hui il a fallut que je me batte pour en avoir plus que deux. L'employé avait reçu des instructions et il voulait savoir combien j'en voulais..aucune idée ajoutez-en en masse.Combien madame.euh 10. Il ne pouvait pas car il avait reçu des instructions. J'en mentionné leur publicité disait l'inverse et que c'est écrit même sur les verres. J'ai fini pas les avoir mais tous les employés regardait mettre les Dill et soupiraient. La politique a-t 'elle changée si ou j'aimerais bien savoir car je vais chez Harvey's seulement pour les Dill.

J’ai eu une expérience mitigée. La caissière m’a offert un service qui laissait vraiment à désirer. Par contre, l’employé qui m’a servit mon burger était très sympathique.

Es Buenísimo cuando no quiero cocinar solamente cruzó y como lo que quiero comida Quebecua se llama Putin son papas fritas con que mozarella y una salsa especial que le ponen por encima caliente
