I don't even know where to begin. I would have given this place a zero if it were possible. This place was appalling and I cannot understand how they can be allowed to stay open for business. We were not expecting anything fancy, BUT we do expect places we stay at to at least be clean. This motel had mold all throughout the suite, smelled of cigarette smoke and dust, was littered with dead and live bugs and did not meet any of the simple human needs of a safe place to stay. I slept on top of the bed sheets, as I had zero faith in them having been cleaned any time recently. I feel bad for the people who stayed below us, as every step we took throughout our suite make noise, regardless of how light we were stepping. Dishes were provided, but smelled dirty and there was a notice threatening of a $75 fine if any dishes were left unwashed (how is that even a thing!?). I'm sure the people who run this place are kind, but they certainly have zero sense in how to run a hotel. If we weren't desperate, we definitely would have left and I guess that's all this place has going for it there was nothing else available for our date. It is also situated across from the lake which is nice. We agreed that we felt as though we were in a horror movie and could not stop talking about the filth of the place. As we walked out the next morning I had a spider propel down onto my face and I feel like this summed up our visit. STAY AWAY.

Not the best experience you want to go through.. There was mold in something in the bathroom. the shower smells gross. The couch smells funny in one of our beds, there was a red stain in or under the red sheet.even though this place is a motel, the owner should take more time to clean up the place properly so in other words: This was the worst place, let alone a motel, I've ever stayed in the only thing that was great was the location of how close it was to the beach and all the stores, restaurants and activities

It was a dump no room service door fell off the hindge toliet pluged had to get plunger and fix myself last night power went out to half my room no hot water they get your money and your on your own wouldn't let my dog stay there would say never stay here went with web site pics must have been taken 15 years ago DONT STAY HERE spend the extra money for a nice place

You get what you pay for.The hotel is older some rooms very nice clean and updated at a Very reasonable price. Don't complain if you can't find Any available room in town and choose a $100 a night room on the lake that hasn't been renovated. I paid $600 for 2 nights in a small room in the older part of the Hot Springs Hotel had kids running up and down the halls and neighbours making whoopie.That's what people do in hotels.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It is old, run down and uncleanly. We had to kill 5 spiders in the room before we could even sleep. The patio door was broken and didn't lock. The only entrance to the second floor is up a rickety spiral staircase. We paid far more than what this hotel is worth. The only "good" part is the location, but even then it is not worth it to stay here.

Aweful! The place is old and needing a lot of repairs. The bathtub caulking was all molding znd tiles cracked. The floors old and cracking. There is a bar right next door that will keep you awake znd our neighbors that night were having a drunken fight and banging on all the walls. Everything is old. Needs updating for sure. Top to bottom!
