Just recently purchased laminate for a basement office. We had the pleasure of dealing with Bhargav at the Kitchener location. He was informative and went out of his way to help us select a product. The project is complete and we couldn’t be happier with the quality of our new floor.

Well, I don’t know where to begin but bottom line is AVOID. Like Source flooring there are no returns which is unacceptable. I ordered from a small sample and when planks arrived, I got salesperson to unbox one of the 42 boxes. I immediately disliked it, plus at least two planks were chipped. So much for the exceptional quality he had bragged about …. Not! So I had no choice but to load up all 42 boxes of flooring, knowing that I would sell them off at a loss. I will put a 10 star rating in for Home Depot who has a fair customer return policy, superior products to this store and a fabulous customer service experience. Lesson learned…avoid the independent stores with unfair policies that benefit them, not the customer.

Quality flooring product at good prices. Did 6 rooms in our house with the hardwood. Customer service by Bhargav and associates was great.

The sale man was kind and informative just one thing he was helping me choosing a floor then a couple came in and left to help them NOT SURE WHY? I was stun by his action. We talked about it and he apologized. Beautiful store.

Wonderful experience. From the cost to the customer service this is the best place to get flooring. They even took back items that were incorrect. On the truck sadly they were strapped down too tight and damaged the flooring the store manager is the best and took it all back and assisted every step of the way. Would go back and buy from them again. Thank you
