  Sent an envelope containing documents to Delhi. The package reached the destination even before the promised date. Only problem is that tracking details on the website are not updated in real time so not accurate. Even though package reached the destination, but still showing on website the expected date of arrival in delhi customs and no update thereafter.

  They cannot tell us what courier they are using. This has happened 2 times with us. We specifically ask for DHL but they say we cannot tell u until package is shipped. But they charge us rates of DHL n after shipping too we cannot track the package. If u ask them they have no answer n they still don't know what courier it's gone thru. Both times they shipped with FedEx which takes longer then DHL and they charged us DHL rates. Will never use them again. Totally unprofessional and they don't know their work.

  I sent the package to my loved one few days ago, The whole process was easy and straight forward. A confirmation email was sent to me for confirming that the shipment had been received.
