  To say I'm disappointed would be a gross understatement. The order was supposed to arrive at 7.00 am Saturday. Did not get here till 8.15. That delay resulted the sun moving into the work area before we could finish. Supposedly they had a plant brake down but made no attempt to contact me to advise me of that situation. The product arrived with 3/4 stone mix making it vary hard to work with especially when it stated to set up in the sun. The Monday morning phone call I made to register my disappointment resulted in a "sorry", NOT MUCH consolation for a screwed up job. I will have "no problem" relating my experience with others!!!

  Quality Service. I ordered 3.5 meters for a concrete footing I was pouring. The guys from Hanson Ready Mix from the Waterdown/Dundas yard were great. Received a called to check whether we were ready 30 mins ahead of time. Don, the driver, was highly competent, professional, and pitched in with some instruction and insight where needed. The access to the back of the property wasn't exactly straightforward but he made short work of getting the truck in position for the pour.
  
  I wouldn't hesitate to refer to Hanson Ready Mix.

  Awesome service and same day delivery.
  Good prices as well.
  Its a ready mix company. Had concrete delivered to my home for patio work.
