Anne and Richard were great. They have given us time and care for me and my wife for more than an hour uninterrupted. I am buying my pairs of reading glasses for about 6 years now and I am more than happy to come back next time. Whoever reading this review is strongly recommended to this store.

Today visited this location to collect my new vision glasses. Me and my wife was greeted warmly by a young guy named Richard who was doing co-op here.Then on our request he immediately brought the most dedicated optometrist Annie Zamir who checked the new glasses very carefully before handed over to me. Also she gave some important tips how to protect new glasses from any damage and also suggested to get a second pair with this new vision number.At the end Annie and Richard gave us gift of bags and caps as well.Once again it was another excellent customer service experience with Annie Zamir.We truly appreciate her dedication.

The Best Customer Service and very professional in helping select the frames that look nice on you and fit your budget.
The Manager Annie was very polite and helpful with us and no pressure to hurry in selecting our frames.

Absolutely fabulous service. Most cooperative staff with manufacturing equipment in the back of the store. The atmosphere was upbeat but relaxed. I believe our servers name was John who was outstanding. Keep up the great work gang.

My son woke up the other morning and his eye was quite red and irritated. He also said he noticed a strange flap of some sort in his eye. He booked an appt with Hakim's on site optometrist, Dr Debbie Chang, the same day. She was quite alarmed, but, her words were, you need to visit a specialist, I've never seen anything like this in my career. He went to another optometrist who quickly diagnosed the problem there was a piece of contact lens left in the eye. He removed the piece. How Dr Chang missed that is troubling.

I didn't have to look for another place to buy my daughters' glasses from since over 3 years now. And I will keep going to this branch as long as Annie is working there. Annie is devoted to provide her customers with the best for their interest. She cares to listen to what you need and come with ideas that suits you best. Nicole too helped my daughters to choose the right glasses. She is aware of all styles and colors available and she quickly knew what we were looking for and helped us to pick from a wide range of styles and colors. Thank you Annie and Nicole for always making our experience as wonderful as it can be.

Annie was fantastic! quick, knowledgeable, and friendly! Guided me in picking the right frame for my face and also in picking the right lenses for work and for regular use - best service received compared to other optical stores!

It's strange that there are so many bad reviews of this place.
The staff was couteous and very helpful. The optometrist was professional and friendly.
The gentleman helping me choose glasses was fantastic. He even played with the discounts and repeat customer benefits so I could receive a third pair of designer sunglasses for only 20 something bucks above the price of just buying 2 pairs of prescriptions.
Maybe the management brought in new people?
