Granite homes built our house 18 years ago when it was known as Ashton Ridge Homes. We absolutely love our home and the care and quality that went into it was amazing. We honestly haven’t had any issues. If we were to bever build again we would definitely go with Granite Homes hands down.

Stay away from Beechwood Ave. Your townhouses will be horrible for the aesthetic of the area and the density you have proposed is ludicrous for the size of the street we don't need more people living in the core. parking is already an issue. Not to mention the removal of 70+ trees and destruction of what's designated a significant woodland to develop your shoddy townhomes that have minimal open landscape for those living there.

If I could give you enough extra stars to bring your overall average back up to the maximum score, I would. As the first Ussher's Creek homebuyer I expected to have many hiccups along the way, and really had no idea what the final product would look like, given the model home wasn't done when we pulled the trigger. I saw my finished home today. and I was LITERALLY SPEECHLESS FOR PROBABLY 5 MINUTES. Seriously, ask Christine. Was that her name? I can't even remember now because I am pretty sure that this is all a dream and I am still sleeping. You went above and beyond on this build. I felt like royalty the entire process and there are so many things included with the house that I was actually surprised to see some gizmos and finishes that were in there. Well @#$%ing done.

Granite Homes is always at the top of our list for referrals. When buyers cannot find a resale home that fits their needs, we look for a near by Granite Homes development that might have what they are looking for! The Service is attentive and smooth from start to finish. The quality is beyond expectations. The designs are fresh and well thought out. People are always happy that we told them about Granite Homes.

The customer service provided by Granite Homes was excellent from beginning to end. We built a house with them and had nothing but positive experiences with the model home Sales Representative, the Colours Consultant, the Site Supervisors and we continue to receive prompt responses to any questions we have now that we are moved in. This builder and the contractors they use are highly recommended!

Granite Homes is a professional builder that I worked with to do my 2nd build. All of the staff, starting with the Sales Representatives through to the Trades People were professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend Granite Homes to any one deciding to do a build.

We are have owned our home for 6.5 years. The homes are esthetically very appealing. The design is nice, but don't let that fool you. We had raised a few issues during our build and had to escalate to the owner as our concerns were not being heard. Christine was difficult to deal with when concerns were raised, yes nice otherwise. One in particular was our ensuite shower which was tiled on drywall, our shower seat was tile over particle board! We now have mold spread, and actual mushrooms growing out of baseboard, drywall and grout. 6 years is how long it lasted? don't be fooled by esthetics, it's what's underneath that counts. We have also raised this to the builder now, with no interest of even discussing.
