I was absolutely blown away by the way I was treated by Rainbow Automotive. I am not from Grand Prairie but my car broke down at 3:30pm on a Saturday. Rainbow Automotive is not open on the weekends but I called their phone number and someone picked up the phone. I forget their names but the Husband was working on his personal car and his wife happened to be in the office when I called. They were both very accommodating. They let me keep my groceries in the staff room fridge! The mechanic scrambled to get parts for my car as the other businesses were closing soon. I received a phone call at 11:00pm that my car had been fixed and was ready for pick up. I am still in shock that they worked on my car until 11:00pm on their day off. When I went to drive out of the shop the mechanic said that he felt bad that he did not get a chance to wash the car as that was what they always did for their customers. I still get chills thinking about how nice these two employees were to me, a stranger. I am seriously considering driving the three hours to Rainbow Automotive for any future maintenance that I need done on my vehicles. It was nice to be treated like a person and not seen as an easy target to make a buck. Thank you again for saving my weekend! I truly am grateful for your kindness!

My wife's 2007 Yukon Denali stalled at a stoplight in town one day and wouldn't restart. She called Rainbow Automotive and they sent out a tow truck and the owner drove out and gave her and our children a ride to the shop. The problem was difficult to diagnose because it was intermittent, but their techs kept working at it and after several tries and suggestions they had it figured out. Also their charges for the time consuming diagnostics were very reasonable! I definitely recommend them.

Friendly staff, and very professional! The mechanics were very honest and knowledgeable, and I was in and out in the same day. They even cleaned my car interior and exterior. Would definitely recommend.

I brought my car in to have it checked as the engine was making unpleasant noises. While the news on my car was not good the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me to figure out what the best option was for me with no pressure to spend more money On fixing this vehicle. I'm glad I brought my vehicle here as they seem very trustworthy and I will definitely be coming back here for any future repair and service needs!
