Horrible and very poor servicesI no showed once because of health reason. At my other appointment i was late 7 minutes and they cancelled my appointment without informing and not following their own policy of waiting for 10 minutes. Totally money minded and discriminating. Shall be definitely filing for mental and emotional harassment.

I would highly recommend that you DO NOT go to this business. I had phoned in to inquire about pricing and was misinformed until going to pay for the service. It is rather overpriced and the waxing was extremely sloppy and poorly done. All in all, I will never return nor give them any more business. One unsatisfied customer!

Had my hair colored and extensions added for extra fullness, the extensions matched perfectly. I love my hair! Also got a pedicure from Helana, she did a great job, very relaxing. Prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this Salon & Spa.

I would not recommend this salon.

The prices were great, but the experience was not.

When we booked our appointments for my friend's wedding we were promised an amazing bridal experience complete with orange juice and champagne, we received neither. In fact, we weren't even offered a glass of water.

They only had two stylists working to get hair and makeup done for 5 girls.

The receptionist kept coming into the salon and taking the curling iron that the stylist was using to curl the brides hair.

The girl who did our make up asked us to bring pictures of what we wanted, and yet she kept asking us what we thought would look good on us. Isn't that what she was getting paid for?

With that said, my hair looked fine (not like what I asked for, but it was okay) and my makeup looked good except the massive drawn on grey eyebrows I was given and promptly washed off. If you dont care about having an enjoyable experience, then its a fine place to go. But if your looking for friendly service, or for a good start to your wedding day, look elsewhere.
