Worst place to eat in Niagara fall!! Took them more that 20 minutes to give me my order fries/hotdog were cold burger was burn food had no flavor .service was horrible. Didn't even finish my fries!

Possibly the worst option in the Niagara Falls area. Ordered a hot dog and a chicken burger. But were awful and pricey. Better get yourself some chips or popcorn till you find a decent place to grab a bite.

The food was terrible. It was tasteless and cold. The service was ridiculously slow for a Saturday evening. It took almost 15 minutes to service the two people ahead of us. Save yourself the heartache and buy your food elsewhere.

The food was tasteless, fad and cold, had to ask to microwave my cheesesteak sandwich, in which the meat was supposed to be just out of the grill but was actually cold like it was out of the fridge.
The view has a great potential but with their dirty windows you can't take pictures and you can't enjoy it as much.
The booths are hard wood, Not comfy, and all the tables are very small.
It seams that they are not even trying to be a good restaurant, and that they know they will get customers either way just because of the location and the view.response / report this review -

It's a simple fast food restaurant. Not good, not bad. A veggie burger menu incl. drink costs 12,50$. There is good view on the falls.

I went today, and let's just say it wasn't a good experience.
The workers were kind and all, whoever it wasn't packed whatsoever and I ended up waiting five minutes to order.
The tables were sticky when we tried to move to others. The washrooms smelled like days old urine, the floors were sticky and there was toilet paper everywhere.
My family got the veggie burger combo, cheeseburger combo and the veggie pizza combo. The food was sad, tasteless and stiff.
The only good thing about this restaurant is the viewf, which isn't breathtaking as the windows were dirty.
Therefore, I'm not eating here again.response / report this review -

Really great customer service and it was meticulously clean (a huge plus to me) and the view is truly breathtaking only problem was the burger, it was cooked fine and it was topped well the problem is i really doubt it was pure beef, I didn't expect a place like THIS to be fast food I mean the burger would have been better had it been pure beef. Other than that everything was really great I just thought the burger didn't taste good for what we paid the prices are a little up there but for a waterfront restaurant it wasn't too expensive 3 stars because of the mystery meat burger
