  Google need more support small business matter, because review system totally legal issue and very very depress and unpair system. Google must be avoid review system our society. and google never get any customer services, we need some question and answer neither any support received. Our company pay to google good money every month long. please contact us - listen our request.

  Can somebody please let me know about my order???
  
  Placed in 2020. Been following up weekly and now daily. Been asking for three weeks now.
  
  This was for a Chromecast with Google TV. All I'm asking for is somebody to call me now to let me know why it's taken over a month now for an update for an order placed in 2020. Is this asking too much from a retailer?
  
  Buyer Beware.

  I ordered a chrome Tv and a stadia controller on 27 Dec. it supposed arrive at 30-31 December but I haven’t received anything so far today ( 2021 January 6)
  I have tried to reach out the support team but they couldn’t even get me a estimate date.
  All I have heard from google is “ thank for waiting “ If I had known that I would stuck in this situation I will not order from the google store! Instead of best buy or Vision Etc.
  And it seems like I’m not the first according to the reviews here.
  As the google is the biggest company in the world, They could not even handle shipping their products even when it is already delayed ! ( at least provide the customers a deadline)
  Very disappointed!
  
  Update: ( 18 January) still nothing but garbage mails ! Worst experience ever!

  I had ordered 3 Pixel 4a 5g at the same time from the Google store Canada. The expected delivery date was 3-4 days, which was later changed to 2-3 days.
  
  The first phone arrived on the fourth day. After waiting 7 days for the other phones, I contacted the delivery service, who recommended that I contact Google Canada.
  
  First, the phone support line was closed due to COVID-19. Subsequently, I found out that they are actually open, bit are refusing to accept calls (ie. they will call you, but you can't call them).  Second, I waited 1.5 hours to be connected to the online chat help, who was utterly useless after another hour. Third, when I emailed Google support, all they did was send me a daily emails saying that they are "escalating" my case (ie. no help even after 4 days, only useless emails).
  
  When I got fed up and wanted to cancel my order, I was threatened with a restocking fee and delivery charge (ie. I won't be getting a full refund). I thought that was incredibly unfair. When purchasing the product, the delivery date is an important consideration. Why should I have to pay when the products are so severely delayed?
  
  I ended up contacting my credit card company, who was nice enough to help me dispute the charge.
  
  The whole experience has really soured my view of Google. I'm not sure I will even get an android phone now. I might give my money to Apple.

  I liked Google on Google Reviews, in an attempt to set off a cascading inception-like destruction of my own concept of reality and shattering of the time-space continuum. I think I may have found the nexus of the universe.
  
  I wonder if they roast your review into oblivion if it is less than 5/5. 🤣😂🤣
  
  All joking aside, the office is very hip looking, and I bet it is a really fun place to work.

  I’ve been to a few Google offices around the globe and the Toronto one doesn’t disappoint. Well located, very nicely decorated with spacious conference rooms and a super cool rooftop. Staff is always super friendly and helpful.

  Google Toronto is located in the heart of downtown Toronto across from the Sheraton hotel. It is a smaller but one of the more cosy office location I visited. Fantastic location and decor similar to many of the offices around the world with great lunch menu. Also a great balcony to see the downtown Toronto on a sunny day.
  
  Overall I would rate this place with the following:
  
  Location: 10/10
  Ambient: 9/10
