Nice place and atmosphere compared to a few other casinos, but really bad high limit slots. Oh my god, we lost so much money so fast, despite the fact the bill collector was FULL with $66,000 and had to be removed, that same slot then took thousands from us. How greedy are these people? No fun, no bonuses. Just theft. Now that doesn't mean we didn't win, some, but boy it takes it fast. They will let you have a few hours of fun, then destroy you for days and days, taking millions of dollars from you. We lost at least one HUNDRED THOUSAND dollars in Pure Casino in two weeks. Good luck! You will need it, and we will NOT be back.

Stopped by this morning to play the slots. I was there the previous Friday had a great time. It was different today. There were no disinfecting wipes in the stations, asked three different staff who promised to get wipes never did.
I asked a cleaning lady passing by if I could get some wipes, she told me the night shift sanitized all the machines. I explained to her that someone had just used the slot. She was extremely rude and huffed and puffed when she was cleaning the slot.
Its a really neat casino, your staff are not looking after the health and safety of your clients most who are seniors. Have them show a bit more respect.response / report this review -

Great experience here! The layout is small but spaced accordingly to Covid guidelines. Everyone was quiet and respectful as well. They have a sweet 24/7 poker room as well!

New in town, first time at the poker room and I asked the dealer if there's a bad beat jackpot. She says she doesn't know lol. The room seems to have decent traffic but I'm concern the dealers will make a mistake during critical moments I would advise checking out other options in the city and coming here as last resort and definitely don't play high stakes here.

Very nice casino with an amazing selection of games! Most certainly recommend stopping here in you like vlts and digital gambling. Also very clean with lots of staff going around and cleaning.

When playing at this casino you are taking your life in your own hands. Very dangerous people go there who have no respect for the law. They will tretten you and the squrity of this place is useless. They wouldn't do anything Evan if someone swings his fist at you. So be aware.

Food is bad. i mean so awful.
they need better choices i dont know how many times they get complaints about there food.!
i always order food from here just because its sooo close to my work place. You cant even order the food over the telephone because they cant pick up!!! and they are super slow!!!! Servers are great in the restaurant not the bar!!!!
The supervisor at the restaurant needs to be more respectful. no wonder they lose so much business!
change your menu like the other casino!! cant you steal the other casino menus? they are wayyyy better then this casinoresponse / report this review -

Really slow to get food. Over 1 hour for special. Food quality has gone down. Used to go once a week to have a good breakfast and meet family. Guess its time for a new place that takes pride.

The slots here have to be set as tight as a casino can legally set them. Run from this casino to one that might not be as tight. Considering slots would appear to be their main business they don't reward players here. Also, check through the reviews carefully. You can see yourself how "local guides" give 5 or 4 star reviews greatly messing with the true rating it should have from typical customer reviews. Most average customers like the food and parking and that's not saying much. Should have terrific food considering the money they must be raking in here.

It's a good place to come and try your luck friendly staff good service clean establishment if you're into playing video Lottery machines gambling of any sort cards dice it's a good place to come recommend it to all that have that extra bit of cash take the chance and maybe strike a big 300 when you $20,000 more if you're in the Calgary area I recommend this casino to everyone

this casino has no texas holdem poker table. You won't be win and lost for often with the machines. Better before you enter here you must to think about the gumbling responsibly

Went there for a good time. This place is garbage. I thought the staff was very unprofessional and very easily agitated like a child. I had one of their staff members at the cash cage call me a foreigner. Racist white people. I will be reporting to B.B.B. I was totally humiliated even by security. You would be better off at Grey Eagle. These guys are parasites.
