  They have a full team of caring staff and a lot of great equipment, tools and great ideas and innovations all geared towards your healing journey. But like many things in life YOU have to put in the work and be willing to try new ideas and to be patient. I shattered my leg last January and when I first walked in to golden ears in Sept I had a severe limp , now my leg is strong and I feel incredible and I go back to work in Dec. I'm very grateful for Golden Ears Physio and the staff or getting me back on my feet!!! Ray Gordon

  Excellent experience with Farron Fedechko for vestibular therapy. They took an hour and a half to assess me and get to the bottom of my vertigo and went the extra mile. Highly recommend.

  Wow!!!! First time ever there. First of all it took 2 weeks and 3 trys for some one to figure out who people where that work there and how they could find the person who originally helped meSo finally after 2 weeks they phone me we set up an appointmentMy daughter is special needs and i was wanting some 1 on 1 private sessons for her 2x a week. So now first appointment go in 10min early and as i walk in i say keauna kinney is here and the receptionist says ok. We then sit down and wait. 10min latter she asks who is the appt with i tell her Ryan. I then wait 10 more min.. its now 11:35. I was there at 11:10. So i ask the receptionist is Ryan running behind schedule?? She then says let me find out. Comes back and says he will be another 5 ti 10 min.. so then Ryan comes out and says i don't see this appointment in my schedule. He then goes around to the receptionist and they start talking and looking at the computer. so as im listening to them i then say so she's not even in the computer at all??? They both then say to me no we have nothing in here.. I then say why did i check in and there is no checking in process. Ryan then proceed to ask me if i could wait another 15 to 20min???? On top of the already 25min.. we own our own business and im telling you i have never seen anything more unprofessional than this we stood up to leave and they couldnt care less like it was our fault that they are completely unorganized I will never go back or refer any of our students there..

  Brutal I've now left 4 messages over the past few months and no one has ever called me back. I asked what's going on, why are they dropping the ball so much, and got told they are just a busy clinic. My other physio is at a really busy clinic and the service there is awesome. Being busy is not an excuse for bad work ethic and poor business practises.

  Where do I even start. This place is a giant cluster f&&&. There is no parking so you have to park blocks away and then walk up a large flight of stairs. Hello.. people who are using physio are usually not that mobile. When you get there the front desk is trying to do multiple tasks so you wait forever. This is probably why when you get back for a subsequent appointment they have screwed up and booked you with the wrong person. Never again will I darken the doorway of this joke of a business

  Wonderful facility, but parking is a challenge. Staff is very helpful. Shannon is my physiotherapist is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Flexible schedule also helps.

  While staying in Pit Meadows during a recent holiday from the UK, i was taken with an old problem of shoulder pain. Fortunately i was able to secure an appointment at the Golden Ears Physio Clinic and was promptly seen by one of their physio staff. Sue quickly diagnosed the cause of the problem and after describing some simple exercises i have been dealing with the issue which has plagued intermittently me for many years.
