Right from the start I felt comfortable when speaking with Beth at the front counter.
As a car guy for the last 30 plus years, she nicely informed me, that my car did not have a timing belt but a timing chain. Man this lady knows her stuff! :)
Immediate identification of the issue at hand was the next step in satisfaction. Everything went smoothly from being greeted with a smile to the efficient transfer to the Technicians in the shop, where they quickly assessed and identified the reason for the service light illumination which could have been like looking for a needle in a haystack
A phone call with a in depth analysis and a very reasonable price to repair the issue at hand was obtained only hours later and now with all the other requested service work completed, I too am driving away with a smile!
This is defiantly a one stop service shop with everything from a courtesy shuttle home from the start, to a professionally cleaned vehicle at pick up time.
Please continue with the impeccable service, knowledgeable staff and the stellar technicians and in turn it will bring many European sport car enthusiasts in. to call this place “Home”

They were very professional and easy to work with! They were able to complete the maintenance on my Acura within a week of calling. German Car Specialists are one of the few car repair services that is trustworthy & caring in Calgary. Staff has taken the time to look for expensive car parts at the best possible prices. They have spent a lot of time explaining , in detail, what they will do & what should be done to my 2007 Volvo. Being female with a low level of car mechanical knowledge , I've been taken advantage of at other car dealerships. German c. staff go the extra mile to give the best possible service.

The German Car Specialists are the only people I trust with my car! There service is first class, they’re understanding, work to take care of the customer, and they charge a fair price.

The friendly atmosphere, convenient shuttle service, delicious coffee, and great location are the icing on the cake.

I love this mechanic shop! I've been in the car industry for 10 years, I know what a service department is. The German car specialists team is superior in every way. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, they provide the same level of expertise every single time! No pressure or sales tactics, truly amazing experience.

If you have a German car old or new these guys are the reference in town, don't waste your time calling anyone else.
