Gawd cell service awful right now. Havent been able to make calls today (from calgary to calgary #s) started around 11 am and now 5pm still have been able to make zero calls. Time to leave. Freedom from freedom i say!

Best Freedom location in Canada. The guy is very knowledgeable, I just loved the service from him ,I decided to move my number to freedom, I am staying with Freedom , enjoying freedom .God bless him

Absolutely terrible franchise of Freedom (Wind) Mobile. The guy who works there gives terrible service and has zero technical knowledge about phones. All he knows is how to activate an account and take your money. Unfortunately, he is hardly related to Freedom Mobile itself, so there is no manager to complain to. Despite living very close to the store, I prefer to drive to Southcentre Mall, where the guys are knowledgeable and happy to assist.

Salesman was helpful.
But their system is only 3G and too slow in Internet browsing. I'm still using a temp phone number even the salesman set to switch it to my old number in an hour.

Worst Wind location in the city. This store has the rudest staff. They've hung up on me on two separate occasions for simply asking if something was in stock. They never have the newest handsets in stock. ALL of their accessories are imported from China and ridiculously marked up. They lied to us about the nearest cell tower location which ultimately resulted in our cancelling of service due to poor coverage.
