To put it simply: I do not shop anywhere else.

Every town should have a music shop like Frank's. This place is a gem, there is no need to go anywhere else. Competitive pricing against all other sources, even online and USA based shops. The customer service and wealth of knowledge on tap with the staff is top notch, and the atmosphere is awesome. I have been dealing exclusively with Frank's ever since I discovered it many years ago. I am a guitar player and the selection for guitars, amps, pedals and accessories is always progressive and "with the times". Almost anything they do not have can be ordered within reasonable timelines and if they can't get it they will tell you who can.

Comparing Frank's to "big box" stores like L&M, Guitar Center, etc, is impossible. Frank's is miles and miles above the rest. Stop by and check it out, you may have to wait a few minutes for your turn to talk to the staff because they actually care and share as much information as possible, but trust me its worth the wait.

I have been playing guitar for a few years now, and haven't been to many music stores in my lifetime. I have however been to all the music stores in the area and i have to say that Franks is the friendliest and most helpful out of all of them. They have always gone out of their way to help me out, and answer any questions I've had over the years. They have a great selection of instruments and top Brands in the industry with the best prices i have seen, even compared to online. and if not Steve and the boys will make sure they get you the best price they can. Its an overall great atmosphere and good place to shop for all musicians. they really do go above and beyond to help you out. Kepp up the good work boys!
