Not a happy camper we will say. No service once you leave the lot. They don't return your phone calls or emails. Leave messages they don't return your calls. At least we are towing the bill board that says fosters all over it and people can see the poor quality because they won't fix it. Yep next time save thye money and buy elsewhere.
Not only do you pay top dollar but do not expect ANY service once the papers are signed! We bought a new trailer from them and every year we have had to take it in to them because there are problems with the charging system. On our latest trip to them we were charged over $200, because they couldn't find anything wrong as well as $200 in storage fees. When we went to hook up there was no power, so one of the guys comes over and wiggles the wires, low and behold, power to the jack! Guess this is how they perform their through checks and load tests!
We have looked at trading it in with them due to these recurring problems and have already spent a mint on new batterys as this seems to be their only solution, but we would take about a $20,000 loss and would receive the same crappy service if we did have any problems with the new unit.
To summarize, go some where else!
