I called Flood Services after a condo water leak and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to friends & family. After searching flood companies on Google and contacting a few, I finally found Flood Services. Chad was quick to answer the phone, and was the only company that gave me a clear outline of the process involved in a flood situation. He was quick to send Moe and his team over on the same day. Moe was extremely knowledgeable, and took care when setting up equipment in the condo. He was very patient in answering our many questions, and was always very quick to respond if I had any issues throughout the week. I really appreciated how supportive both Moe and Chad were throughout the entire process- it made a stressful experience a lot more manageable. Thank you very much to Flood Services!

The recent intense storm we had on May 22nd, caused a huge flood in my basement. I had no idea who to contact as I am a first time homeowner, flood services Canada was the first to pop up on google. I am so very thankful that I contacted this company. I highly recommend them as they give you step by step instructions and details as to what they will do. The Guys where super quick and within a couple of weeks, my basement was cleaned up.

When my basement flooded, I contacted Flood Services and they were very quick to respond. The rep over the phone explained the whole process, and got someone in asap. Desiree was our on-site staff and she did a really great job at dealing with the flooding. She came in and took care of absolutely everything very efficiently and also checked in with us throughout the week to ensure everything was normal. Great experience and definitely would recommend!

Flood Services saved the day after a monsoon of a storm allowed some water to sneak into our Master. Within an hour, Desiree arrived at our house and went to work to rectify all short and potentially long term issues. Her professionalism and quick thinking really saved us in the long run and we are forever grateful. Great job Flood Services, hopefully we never have to call you again.but if we do it'll be you.

Spoke with Chad over the phone in regards to our basement flood and he was extremely responsive to our needs. Chad offered immediate advice as to what we could do on our own to alleviate our issue until his crew could get there. His advice assisted with the overall cost of our service which we are incredibly grateful for! Would 100% recommend this company to my friends and family!

We had water damage in the basement and could not determine source. Chris (who is a first class gentleman) and his team came in and surgically removed the damaged drywall etc and painstakingly traced the source of the leak to an upstairs shower suffering from grout deterioration.
Cost was transparent and reasonable and service was timely and professional. I would hire this company again and highly recommend it.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Flood Services Canada. We had sewage backup in our basement and called their emergency response line. The company quickly dispatched Desiree and staff to deal with the sewage backup. They were friendly and professional. Desiree assessed the situation and quickly took the necessary steps to remove the sewage debris, decontaminate and disinfect the area. She also paid close attention while deodorizing the basement. Desiree also went above and beyond by following up with another inspection of the basement several days later to ensure our complete satisfaction. She addressed any concerns we had and promptly responded to our cleaning requests. Thanks again for doing an amazing job!

I had a minor flood and was a little panicked as I'd never dealt with this situation before. I called and spoke to Chad who was absolutely amazing - he was kind, calm, reassuring and knowledgeable. My concern surrounded liability and he very clearly explained what the issue could potentially be and reassured me that the issue was structural. Within that 6 minute call, he completely de-escalated the situation and put my mind at ease. I will 100% be recommending Flood Services Canada to everyone i know.

When our basement flooded badly, we weren’t sure who to call and so our neighbours recommended flood services Canada. Mohammad, from the company came right away and explained the whole process to us. He gave us comfort and peace as to solving our massive issue. I’m so thankful we made this decision as everything was dealt with care and a reasonable time. Very professional and reliable.
