  We have had asked for this service for a diagnosis of an issue on AC system. Technician comes over and does not have a straight answer to questions. Found a part which was nonfunctional and wanted to replace without even discussing the options, price, etcwe were told it will 260 bucks for a part that costs 15 bucks in market. I heard off inflation but price 2000% more makes literally no sense. After we said no to this, technician would not do anything more on unit, does not want to do a complete diagnosis, and would not tell the levels of refrigerant even when his system was all hooked up with unit. This approach may have worked with others but will not work with all. Ask me, was it worth? Not really. People have been courteous and helpful and this was not a favour after all we paid for the service. Won't ever recommend this company to my family, friends.

  Top notch all the way! Sure you might be able to shop around and save a couple of dollars, but you get what you pay for. Provincial Heating and Cooling replaced our furnace and other than having a new working unit, you'd never even know they were even in our home. Technicians walked us through every part of the instalation and even vacuumed before they left. I would highly recommend Provincial Heating and Cooling for a furnace installation. You won't be sorry!

  Of all the quotes I obtained and techs/sales people I met, Provincial was an easy choice. The price quoted was incomparable for the products, service and sincere care and regard I recieved. Gavin the gm is very personable and easy to talk to and all the technicians were very very nice, patient and helpful! If you are having doubts or concerns about which company to go with if you're wanting an a/c installed this year I highly recommend Provincial.

  From the very beginning of the process when Gavin outlined our air conditioner replacement options until installation, this company was one of the best we've ever dealt with.
  
  Dan, Derek & Terrance, the installation team, were very polite, answered any questions we had and left the place spotless when the job was complete.
  
  Highly recommend & would have no hesitation to use them again!

  *** Since the service was so great a year ago when we had our AC replaced, we called Gavin when our old furnace was on it's last legs. Gavin replied to my text right away and came to our house the very next day with all the info needed for a new furnace (and hot water tank) purchase & installation.
  
  The installation team, Mike & Gavin, did a great job, were very polite, answered all our questions and again left the place spotless when the job was complete.
  
  Again, highly recommended & would have no hesitation using them again or recommending to anyone looking for a new AC/Furnace or any other heating/cooling needs.
  
  Thanks again Mike & Gavin! Our house is warm again!

  My Wife and I just purchased a Furnace and Water Tank from Provincial Heating & Cooling. We can't say enough about the service we received. Starting with Rob, Mike, Justin, Dan and Gavin. Very Professional, Courteous, Knowledgeable, Confident, Reassuring and Expedient. Thank you gentleman for making us feel comfortable.
