I went into this flight Centre location this morning with every intention of booking and paying for my trip that I am planning with my daughter. I walked in and there were two agents. One was with a customer the other was on the phone. The one with a customer looked at me and continued speaking loudly in Cantonese to her client. Not even a pausing for a moment to say hello. The other girl was on the phone and I walked towards her and sat down on the bench across from her to wait. She looked at me and continued her conversation. Not smiling, not saying hello, not asking me to wait and they would be right with me. I sat for 20 minutes. No one even acknowledged me and I walked out. Very disappointing. I will book myself online
