  When I first went to Flight Centre Woodgrove, I had already researched an all inclusive trip to Jamaica but was nervous to book on my own because it was such a big trip. I met with Holly and told her everything I was wanting and was happily surprised when it worked out to be the exact same price as what I had put together on my own. I thought for sure going through a travel agent would be much more expensive. The booking of the trip went so smoothly and Holly's customer service was above and beyond from beginning to end.
  
  Most recently I found out I could buy Disneyland tickets through Flight Centre for our trip. We had used airmiles for the flights and hotel but needed our tickets still. Again I assumed it would be pricier going through an agent but it actually worked out cheaper then going through Disneyland's website!

  Horrible service. My fiance and I went in together with a healthy budjet and a list of things we wanted in a vacation. We were told we would have some information coming back at us before our advicer went away in three days. Nothing. I emailed them and got a reply that our advicer was out of office. A few more days went by and when she finally got back to us she still had no ideas I told her I had never been on vacation and purposley came to a travel agency for some insite, but gave her three vacation options none the less. A few more days go by.. nothing emailed her.. my options were not good enough apparently and too broad? I told her to just please try to find something in our price range that was tropical, had snorkeling, where we wouldnt be getting stepped on, and she never did! Never ever got an email back from her. Its now been 5 weeks and we found a beautiful all inclusive in Mexico that had EVERYTHING on my list. Makes travel agencies look obsolete.

  Well we were dealing with Manager Lyssa Marcil who was quite pleasant until after all the payments been done.
  
  We had a group >10 ppl book with this company. One big group and one travelling from another city.
  
  First I asked her for same dates so I can be with the rest of my friends travelling from a different city even if I had to pay a little extra.
  
  She stated she would get back to me but never did.
  
  Next closer to date of our trip 1 week before my travels I asked emailed and called multiple times that there was no indication of my transfer from Airport to Hotel which is pretty standard for packages. Not once did she even contact me and CC me in any of the emails that were being transpired. I've called multiple times but it was impossible to reach her. HOw stressful!!! She stated she was a week late for responding because she was on VACATION as a professional shouldn't she have at least have an out of office message nor some body covering her while she was away.
  
  NOT IMPRESSED at all I'd give you a one for your lack of communication skills and customer service!!! You will not be recommended !!!!
