Extremely unpleasant experience. Very bad customer service. I went in to check on a booking one week before a flight to my sisters destination wedding. As I had not received anything yet, including tickets and flight times I was looking for some help at the Oshawa branch. I Was met by Kevin, who was not helpful at all and kept making excuses. When confronted about the excuses he lied and eventually admitted not knowing.
Unhappy with service. No help whatsoever.response / report this review -

My father is a senior and Brittney was fantastic in finding a trip that was within his traveling ability. Knowing that everything was taken care of made our trip more enjoyable and relaxing. This was my first time going though a travel agent and l would gladly book again with her or anyone from Flight Center :)

Prior to visiting the store we called the main customer service # to make sure we had all the necessary details as we would be paying using a foreign credit card, upon arrival we ended up taking to the most unpleasant unprofessional agent, who had little or no knowledge of the process, and was very rude when we continued to tell her the agent we had talked to earlier had provided directions on Visa to Cuba and other requirements. She was not willing to look into anything and keep coming up with excuses when she was not able to answer our questions, and even said one at a time in an angry voice. She was not interested in earning our business so we walked out and called Itravel2000, where the agent proceeded with all the booking and made an appointment for us to go in and provide ID to complete the purchase.
You would think that front facing businesses would welcome walk in clients? Not the case with this location. It's obvious that they don't want any new business if they hire such unprofessional individuals.response / report this review -

WOW! Amazing customer service. I asked for a price over the phone and when I went in to book that flight and Erin (I believe that was her name) was very passionate, friendly, energetic, and very knowledgeable. Would definitely book with them again.

We saw Stephanie Thomas-Bienia and booked a trip to Mexico. She made an appointment with us that was passed her shift, listened to our every need, and booked us a great place at a great price. We loved our vacation and Stephanie even sent us an e-mail before and after our trip wishing us well and asking how our vacation went. We will definitely be booking with her from now on!
