  We had our sons 6th birthday at Five Rings and they had the best time. It was a unique party experience for a range of ages (3-12) and the staff were amazing to work with. The kids loved the little treat bags and birthday gift too! Great value and great experience. Highly recommend!

  5 Rings TaeKwonDo is an amazing club to send your kids to. In the past 6 months my son has gained more confidence and discipline in himself. All the trainers and Master Bauer are fantastic with all the kids regardless of the age. Love the daily encouragement and life lessons. This mama is very lucky to find a group of people who enjoy leading kids.

  Both of my kiddos (6 and 8) are enrolled at 5 Rings. The instructors are excellent - very patient and skilled. Master Bauer is passionate and dedicated. I wish I found the studio sooner!! Highly recommend. (And my daughter loves it just as much as my son!!)

  I might be wrong with my observations but here is my experience.
  First of all I got fooled by the trial class and thought that in every class my kids will get some attention but unfortunately the actual class is a group of 30-40 students packed in a room with instructor who will not even know the name of you kid even after 6 months. I sent my kids there with a hope that they will learn some self defence but they cannot even defend themselves from a 4 yr old. the total duration of class is ~35 min and warm up is more than 20 min so you are left with no time for Taekwondo. they make sure that u stay on same belt for at least 2 months , no matter how hard u try. I was also not told at the time of registration that there would be an extra fee for belt upgrading which is done through testing. And believe me testing is a joke. No matter how bad you are, you will pass if you pay for it. My kids were at level zero after spending six months and finally I gave up and left this place.

  I see lots of high reviews here so I’m sure my experience and my child is not most. Our kindergartener lacks discipline, we work on it constantly, we thought this school would help, but discipline is not taught at all. Our child is allowed to space out and do his own thing the entire class, which is a real problem and I don’t see the point in paying for this! As a parent I can’t intervene during class. The teachers do very little to get our child’s focus or attention or otherwise make sure they follow instructions. He can aimlessly spin and wander anywhere. We are going to seek another school or martial art or other discipline.
