  Great fitness club. The staff are very nice and non-judgmental, the facilities are good, a great overall experience.

  Friendly staff. Friendly members. Lots of classes, pool, hot tub, indoor track, squash and racquet Ball courts.

  The gym itself has all the equipment you would need but customer services are the worst I have ever experienced. Any and all issues I have brought to their attention they have simply explained it "isn't their problem". I have never been so dissatisfied with a service in my life.

  I love it there 👍 Cleaner and friendlier than than the other 2 big name gyms I tried in the past. I can't see me wanting to leave 😁 I love the atmosphere there 😊

  Best Zumba instructor in town! Nella is fantastic. The gym is a bit dated but well maintained and clean.

  Very shady business practices. I was not told when signing up about cancellation fees and arbitrary cancellation deadlines. My credit card is still being charged despite the fact that I transferred my membership to another person and the other person is regularly paying the membership fees now so they are essentially double-charging. Staff are very unprofessional and defensive when trying to sort out this issue and ultimately had to take it to my credit card company. Very disappointing for a small business to be obtuse.

  This gym is dope I been going for a year I can't complain. Doug is a grate guy Dennis is super cool. Most the staff are very friendly quick to say hi and give a smile. Very satisfied with my year Signed up a few friends and got to pick between a shirt or a free month pretty decent place older plates and gym equipment but if ur a true lifter or a old school lifter then u might like that better thank you to the staff for welcoming arms 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

  The gym facility is good, Dennis is awesome!
  Signed up for a one year contract, was given first month freeturns out that a 1 year contract is 12 months of payments, not from time of sign up. I would have done something different if I had known that, be picky with your contracts and get clarification.
  Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for this.
