I can't say enough good things to describe my experience at Fern's office. I was treated with such kindness and made to feel very comfortable by both Fern and her sister. They did repairs on my partial in the office and it was done beautifully and very fast! I left her office very happy and will go to her for services in the future.

I've been seeing Fern and her staff for almost 15 years and I couldn't be happier. I have dealt with many services in my life and Fern by far is one of the best ever. Her professionalism, friendliness, attention to details and customer service is just outstanding. I will go so far as she has changed my life in ways one cannot imagine. Highly recommend Dr. MacPherson!

A true horror story. Fern was very rude and unprofessional. She refused to give me consistent answers to questions I asked and at one point said to me "are you trying to pick a fight with me?" She was very confrontational. I left very quickly. I now have to pay another denturist for a new denture, due to the poor quality of her work.

If you have ever had good fitting dentures but need to replace them - DON'T GO THERE!!!!! Any other denturist would do a better job. I am positive she has never taken a refresher course to learn new techniques in making dentures - her equipment/lack of is a joke. Her sister/receptionist works on dentures. AND, don't you dare question her technique - she will put you in your place as she knows it all. Going there was my worst experience in getting my dentures replaced since I have been wearing dentures (over 20 yrs). I had moved to Chilliwack from another province and it was not feasible for me to go back to my last denturist. I hate to sound mean as I am not a mean person – I am just so disappointed with her lack of expertise in making a quality denture. She should go back to school!!!!
