I am disapointed! Whoever I talked to on the phone the other day. So I called made an appointment & accidentally missed it. When I called back to rebook the appointment I heard the most.. The lady said "Well just bring in your native card etc with you.." I interupted and said "What makes you think I am native?" She said something about MSP. I was pissed and still am. Honestly I will not be going to a place that judges people so quickly and over the phone like that!!!

Unfortunately the receptionist was Unbelievabley rude. I called because my eye is in immense pain from a reoccurring retinal tear and I was in need of help but the receptionist was so rude, unsympathetic and not willing to help me in any way, shape or form. Honestly she made it seem like I was annoying her by asking for help. I will never be calling them again or be recommending them to any one.

Nice atmosphere, Dr. Dougans is awesome. The wait time is also short, as I was called within 5 minutes of arriving at the office. All in all, I'd say it was a pleasant experience.

My husband and I have had our eye exams done by Dr. Dougans for the past four years. We love her kind, courteous and professional manner, and have found the exams to be thorough and accurate. I have been to a lot of Optometrists over the years (now a retired senior) and wholeheartedly rate Dr. Dougans with the best. Love the new clinic too!
