We were looking for movers immediately, and I noticed you can phone them 24/7. So, last Sunday evening at around 7:40, I called Family Movers and surprisingly, Al answered. I told him we needed a bulky 170 lb treadmill moved upstairs--he had just completed a similar request an hour earlier! Both Al and his assistant showed up within the hour, and moved our treadmill upstairs. They were prompt, professional, careful and trustworthy. We would call them again in a heartbeat

I had Family Movers move me from London to St. Thomas. They were very efficient, packed up some fragile items for me, hence no breakage. The owner and a female employee were very polite, worked very hard and fast and were totally organized. They made this senior's moving experience so much easier and less stressful than it certainly could have been. A big 'THANK YOU" to you for your A1 service! I will be referring people to you who want their move to go as smoothly as mine!

What a pleasure it was to have Family Movers handle our move. Thanks very much Al for your awesome service. I've always been the kind of guy that likes to do everything myself. I'm sure glad I didn't take this job on. They were fast and on time. All their workers were awesome. They respected our new home by wearing boot covers. Everything that needed to be shrink wrapped was. The price was great. I would highly recommend them and I will definitely use them again in the future.

These guys came to our rescue. We had booked a different company to move, the company showed up and deliberated through almost an hour of our booked elevator time, whereupon they decided to inform us that they would not be completing the move and left us stranded. We called family movers and they were quick to come help us get the move done. All of them were polite and professional, took to task moving everything out as fast as we could. Allowed us to store some of our belongings in their truck overnight when it became too late to finish. Reasonably priced and friendly. One of the best customer service experiences I've had in my life. Thanks guys!

They have relocated me from one city to another and were very helpful and a courteous bunch. Since they had such great service I had recommended them to my mother who is a Senior, was making a big transition in life. They went over and above to help my mother through this stressful transition by accommodating to whatever they could.
Needless to say she was happy in the end.

I always admire family run businesses and this one has to be one of the best! They are very kind, knowledgeable and efficient. The owner, Albert, is easy to get ahold of and amazing to deal with. He is passionate about what he does and genuinely wants to help people being a dedicated family-man himself. :)

Family Movers moved my house about 8 years ago, very nice to deal with. Al was very careful and directed his staff to be extra careful with everything, especially my antiques. They even helped pack my things prior to moving and wrapped all my dressers so the drawers wouldn't fall out while moving. That extra care is why I really like their service. The owner, Al, really knows how to treat his customers. All my belongings were placed right where I wanted them without a single scratch.
That other comment from Tamara is so sad, she should them do their job correctly, they move hundreds of people. What a silly comment. I wish
there was a 6th start button for Family Movers. Thank you Al.
