Disappointed!
The gentleman was nice enough but he scratched up, and dug into, my freshly painted walls in a few places. Now I need to plaster, sand, and paintagain.
Damage aside, the carpets didn't come out any better than if I had done it myself with the Bissell. I went over the carpet afterwards with a scrubby, and got out stains that I thought a pro would have gotten out.

They cleaned the carpets in the sanctuary of my church. I wasn't there when it was cleaned, but I knew they had been cleaned as soon as I walked in. Didn't realize just how dirty the carpets were.
They also installed a new floor for our kitchen area. The previous flooring was cheap stuff that was a pain to replace this new flooring is firm and stays put. Looks far better as well and spilled water doesn't harm it either. Even when I mess up with the commercial grade dishwasher and get hot water all over the floor, it doesn't get damaged by the water.
