Descent coffee and okay food. Great location and very friendly staff.
Ambience good. Staff friendly. Coffee was decent, but food was pretty poor - apple pie pastry was raw, as were the apples. Toasted sandwich tasted odd, most likely won't be back.
Had the regular maple spice latte. It was a good hot beverage for a cool september morning in Banff.
Found the food to be a little simple for how expensive it was, but the atmosphere and location are great
Great service, quality food and coffee. Wifi works. Awesome atmosphere. May be a bit busy.
Great selection of breakfast items. Everything we tried was excellent. Much higher quality food than any other coffee spots in town. Service was great too and the coffee is strong!
The drinks were quite good but the service was not very friendly. I was made to feel not welcome with a service dog and when I tried to explain the legislation behind their access to public areas he was said he didn't care. We had planned on staying but felt like we had to leave.
Really nice cafe with classy interior. Love the cheese cake.
Great soy coffee, very cool atmosphere. Never did get the free Wi-Fi working.
Food is always good, coffee is hot but service is always slow. Staff are mainly non-Canadians (i.e. Australian) who do not understand service. Don't tip (prices are high enough) but enjoy. View is great out the front window.
Overall, a great little coffee shop. There's free Wi-Fi and lots of sandwiches and sweets to choose from. The staff couldn't answer my questions about their food, but no big deal. I had a cinnamon brioche and it was delicious!
They have pie. I was all excited and went in and ordered strawberry rhubarb pie and a cappuccino. The cappuccino was decent, but the pie was merely medicore.
I'd return here for coffee, but skip the pie. It's nothing to be excited about unfortunately.
