  Asked for a zenfone 2 screen to send my relative abroad. I bought the screen and sent it abroad. The relative who got the screen told me that the screen model was different (zenfone 2 laser instead of zenfone 2 that I asked for). By the time I got the screen back, it had been past the return date. I called in the store to see if they could return it, or give me store credit since the screen is brand new and unused, but they didn't. I understand there is a return period, but since the mistake was on their end (giving me the wrong model), I was hoping they'd take back the screen since it's in brand new condition, perhaps even for store credit.

  Bought a screen for my phone when it broke. "It's fully identical to its original version not only for device compatibility" but when I received it and installed it, the pixel density was way off and it did not work properly with the phone. Was then told if I want a refund I have to cover the $40-50 in shipping because they don't feel it's their problem they sold me a cheap knock off part. Poor quality, poor service, nothing else more to say. Beware of buying from here as they sell cheap parts, it's a gamble

  Great experience at esource. I have had some bad experiences with phone repair places in the past. Esource is different. The staff is kind,courteous and very professional. They really know their stuff. The prices are fair and they offer a 30 day warranty. I was very happy with my iphone 7 screen repair. Id recommend this place to everyone that needs a phone repair. Esource is great!

  I had an amazing, smooth and fast experience with these guys. They Explained all problems to me so that I could understand where my money was going, and why it would be the best possible solution. Phone screen was fixed in under an hour and did not leave a dent in my pocket. Hopefully I will not need further repairs, however if so I look forward to seeing these guys again.

  My AMOLED failed Friday morning, I ordered the part Friday afternoon recieved it today (Monday) couldn't have asked for a faster turn around on the part. My phone is up and running after only two days no problems at all for a reasonable price. Will definitely use you guys again if needed in the future.

  This is my second time here, and have both times got exactly what I needed. The first time I a camera protector which others did not have and this time an excellent case for my phone, service by Jeff was amazing as well.

  Dropped my iPad and bent the case edge and cracked the screen. The folks at esource were quick and responsive and competitive vs. replacing the unit outright.

  Ordered replacement screen esourceparts.ca sku 31292. Defective out of the box. Had to pay return shipping. Replacement part on back order. No idea when it will be available. So i asked for a refund. One and only time I ordered from them.
