  Great atmosphere and incredible food. The service was also wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our anniversary dinner there. Would definitely go back!!

  Great place. I have been there a few times. Quality is consistent. Nice atmosphere. Try the cowbell Krolsch starts bitter but finishes sweet and smooth. Gluten free options. Love Bayfield. Not your average pub. Beat salad is amazing.

  One of our favourite places to eat. In the world. Great food, large bar selection, and ambiance to die for. Take someone you care about..you'll both love it.

  Each time we travel to Lake Huron (Lambton Shores) we make sure that our trip includes a meal and a pint (or two) at The Black Dog in Bayfield. Excellent service, friendly staff, great food, and a fantastic selection of local brews and imports on tap. We especially like this place because we can bring our dog with us on the outdoor patio! Great place we will be back!

  Great experience eating out with the family. It was busy so we sat outside at first. Turned out to be too cold for the kids so we ordered a drink and have it but and after a short bit we got a seat inside
  We enjoyed one of the best family dinners out we have had.

  Hostess wasn't super friendly, and it didn't seem busy, just disorganized. Wait staff were friendly but didn't know the menu super well. Children's options were expensive for a kids meal and pretty thrown together, the pasta was awful and my daughters who usually eats everything couldn't eat this. Buns were cut down to fit smaller burger and they didn't really hold together. Fries were cold and few, food was slow. Craft beer menu and atmosphere were the only great things.

  We went for afternoon appetizers & a drink on the dog friendly patio. Food was fast & yummy. Friendly atmosphere (both staff & patrons, that happens when you have a dog).

  Burger was burnt but didn't charge for it. Mussels were delicious but cold. Service was slow but very friendly.

  I love the service. STAFF GREAT. Duck wings good but not as good as staff. Caesar Salad was pathetic. I was so disappointed. I'd go back hoping for better at a latter date
