This is the one of the best run businesses I have ever dealt with. Definitely the best mechanic shop!
They balanced some 24" wheels for me that 4 other shops couldn't(including a specialized wheel repair place in Calgary who assured me the wheels needed to be straightened, and proceeded to charge me $600 to straighten and balance them which didn't even fix the problem). My truck has never been smoother on those wheels, after taking them to Erol's!
The next time I was at Erol's was to get some winter tires put on my wife's vehicle. He took the time to go over a few really good options for a mid-sized SUV. Not only did he price better than the other tire shops in town, they even got me squeezed in when they didn't have availability for a couple weeks as I explained to them that we have our first baby due right away, and would really like the tires on in case the weather wasn't cooperating coming home from the hospital. I would normally NEVER expect this type of service, but I have been treated like family both times I have been in there!
I also need to mention the staff at the front desk. They are the friendliest, most knowledgeable staff I have dealt with at a mechanic's shop! Everything from the reminder call for your appointment the day before, to offering a ride home if you need to drop your vehicle off, these guys are on it.
If you are taking your vehicle to any other shop, you are missing out. I can't say enough good things about this place, and I have only been here twice! I will never take my vehicles anywhere else again, and will recommend this place to anyone. The service is unparalleled!response / report this review -

First time experience was great, feel like I finally found an auto repair shop where the folks know what they are talking about, know what they are doing, and they are doing it well. Fixed what they could, explained and estimated the rest, and I left knowing I would come back when I need more repairs and service work done. True craftsmanship, honest and upfront!
