Switching to Encore Dental was the best decision! The staff are always so friendly and efficient! I've started taking my 3 year old and they are fantastic with him! I highly recommend to anyone looking for a great dental clinic!

I had a dental emergency due to pain that was keeping me from sleeping. Encore Dental saw me immediately after I called and gave me a friendly diagnosis and options for treatment. I decided on a treatment hours later and they fit me in the very next morning. I had my back tooth pulled and it was comply painless! They were concerned because I winced a couple times, but it was just because mentally the idea of having a tooth pulled out can make a person wince a little. I appreciate them picking up on my (I hope) subtle reactions and checking in on me both times I did it. Dr Emily showed me my tooth afterwards, and it didn’t just have a cavity, it had a canyon big enough for a wombat to comfortably burrow in. I got to keep the tooth! I take care of my teeth, (aside from drinking coffee from the moment I get up to just before I brush for the last time at night), and the team never made me feel bad for having these issues that require correcting.
I will be going to Encore Dental from now on for all my dental needs. Thank you so much for the kind service and quick rescue!

I'm still upset about one particular trip to Dr. Galos office; He was my dentist as a child, one routine trip to see him, as I did biyearly, I had some cavities filled on a molar. When I got home I looked in the mirror and smiled at myself I was shocked, speechless and I could feel anger welling up inside of me, within a minute I was so furious that I decided I shouldn't go back to confront him about this or I might respond physically. I think I was about 16, I was a young man with a lot of testosterone and my parents had split up, if I went back to talk to him I was worried that I might punch him out and I'm not usually a violent person.
Both of my K9 teeth had been perfectly symmetrical and pointed, they were nice, when I got home I found that he had ground down the points of both of them leaving big flat marks where the points used to be. He wasn't even supposed to work on those teeth. He took it upon himself to grind down my smile, which once was natural, symmetrical, and beautiful and left both k9 teeth flattened and different from each other.
since then my teeth have changed a bit, molars that were once filled rotted out under the metal and such; but I still am frustrated when I feel these flat spots on my k9 teeth that I once was more proud of :(
I'm sorry I have to say this Dr., I like you as a person but I feel like this was too upsetting for me to ignore

Have been coming here for years now and no longer have anxiety about going to the dentist! The reception crew are extremely helpful and connect with the clients to create a friendly atmosphere . They have been very supportive with matching my care with my benefits and finances 😊they have also been helpful and flexible with my busy schedule. Both of my dentists have been wonderful and get me in and out with minimal discomfort every time! They have corrected old work and made my smile Beautiful! Awesome dental clinic.

Had my crown done here. Very professional staff (Dr. Hossini and Natalia). I was offered two different options: implant vs crown, explained what the difference was and was provdied with an estimate of each procedure. I went with the crown for now and they did an excellent job. Nothing was rushed in order to not sacrifice quality (thank you) and the fact they work Saturdays is a huge plus for me. I will definitely make this my permanent dentist.
