Customer service is above excellent!
I ordered two ice creams for my kids. My son got his and my daughters never came out (they were really busy because it was during a festival). It turned out that they accidentally put both scoops of ice-cream in the same dish (which my son took). The lady serving us immediately went and got another dish for my daughter and refunded me the cost of her ice cream for the mixup/wait.
