If you're not a whale🐋, or dolphin🐬 or fish🐟, you may not know this. . .sound travels 4.3 times faster in water than air. Why🤷♂️? In water, the particles are much closer together and they can quickly transmit vibration energy and the sound wave travels over four times faster than it would in air. So next time you go fishing, be quiet, or you'll scare the fish🎣!

Great time at the 2nd Annual Donnie McPherson Memorial Co-ed Slo Pitch Tourney this past weekend, with our EPW Team going 2-2👍⚾! Thanks to Jake McKenzie , Susy Mckenzie , Dan McPherson , Sharon Elizabeth , Amy Gap and all the awesome people that worked so hard putting this event together! Also special thanks to Great Promotions for making our team look so good with our team uniforms and thanks to our amazing partners Mikethewaterguy Crepeault from Kinetico Canada supplying the water trailer💧!

Game one in the books for the (epw) Elgin Pure Locals as we won 11-3 at the 2nd Annual Donnie McPherson Memorial Co-ed Slo Pitch Tourney ⚾! We'll continue to update how we're doing throughout the weekend! We're excited and honoured to be part of this local community event with so many awesome people; friends and family! Water and Soccer go great together⚽💧. . .especially in this heat! If you're playing sports this summer, remember, Stay Hydrated!
