We had a bad experience with a dealership in London. My husband new Jason, so we have him a shot. Got a great deal on our Santa Fe we traded in. Got a Jeep Cherokee. And have also bought a Dodge truck. All my family who have taken a chance to drive out has not been disappointed

Service department had an issue a year or so ago. We talked to Jason about the issue we were having. The issue was rectified, nothing but great service from then on.

Called with warranty work for my Jeep. Got me in within a week, and booked another appointment right away so that they could order in parts and fix it. Let me drive a loaner for the weekend since they had to keep my Jeep.

Great customer service. Great staff. Will be going there for all our vehicles.

This is the 3rd vehicle I have bought at Elgin Chrysler. I have kept coming back because not only has the buying been a great positive experience after the sale is complete the attitudes and the service quality does not go down. When buying the work put in to make sure I was able to get the truck I wanted and keep it within my budget was second to none. The service department has always equally treated me with respect has never been pushy to get more work done than what is needed. I have had no problems suggesting to friends & family if they are looking to go there.

I had recently stopped by a Chrysler dealership in London looking for a new Jeep Cherokee. Jeff Lauzon from Elgin Chrysler messaged me as he saw I was interested in selling my car. I stopped by to see him one day after work, as I work in St. Thomas and he gave me fantastic service. Even though I live walking distance from the London dealership, I was positive I would go back to Elgin Chrysler if I was seriously interested in buying a Jeep. It didn't take me long to make the decision and I was back sitting with Jeff within a few days. Jeff made the experience worry-free and exciting. This was my first time buying brand-new and I would recommend anyone interested in buying a vehicle to go see Jeff. Awesome job, Jeff!

I've sold cars and transport trucks before and know the process of sales very well, it was much different than the normal with Devon Abernethy at Elgin Chrysler. It was different in the best way, very straight forward and super easy, couldn't be any happier! Dealership was well kept and they had plenty of stock and options to offer. Everyone was very courteous and nice! Just purchased my amazing 2017 RAM 1500 Rebel and so excited to use all of its features!

My husband and I were in the market for a vehicle and my son referred us to Mike Vecchio at Elgin Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. Mike was awesome! We took up a good chunk of his day on Saturday; the dealership was busy but Mike gave us all the time we needed and provided us with great options.
We ended up buying a very gently used 2016 Jeep Cherokee Sport, and we are very happy with the purchase.
The atmosphere at the dealership is positive and staff all very friendly. We would highly recommend this dealership, and in particular, Mike Vecchio as a sales person.

Just traded in my favorite vehicle of all time, Dodge Ram 1500, 2011 for a similar 2017 model. Paul McClenaghan paid close attention to what I was looking for and was very straightforward in his dealing with me. I feel I got fair value for my trade in and got all the possible vehicle discounts and warranties that Paul could get for me. I am very happy with my purchase and the price and the service I received and hope to enjoy this truck for many years to come

In purchasing our first new vehicle(Dodge Caravan), we chose Elgin Chrysler based on the glowing reviews friends and family had provided, and we were not disappointed. Firstly, the feeling walking into the dealership was that of a large family. Everyone took a moment to say hello and welcome us, but did not try to swoop in to get a sale. It was this no pressure approach that put our minds at ease as we knew they wanted us as part of their long term customer family and not just for a quick sale. Secondly, we had the pleasure of dealing with Jason DaSilva (JD) and my wife and I could not have asked for anyone better. It was clear from the start the JD was an honest, trustworthy person with great integrity, who spoke with passion, enthusiasm, and candor. He was personable and genuinely cared about getting us in the right vehicle. JD did not try to push any vehicle on us or suggest vehicles that were out of our price range. JD spent the time listening to what we were looking for and provided many options, taking the time necessary to explain the details and answer our many questions. One of the nicest things was that JD was reachable. You could text or call and he was there or would get back to you immediately. JD went the extra mile to find the vehicle we were looking for in our price range and provided comparable options for our consideration. The whole experience was absolutely amazing. JD and the whole team at Elgin Chrysler were absolutely incredible. A truly great experience.
