We listened cheesy friends.because you love it so much, we will extend the Thanksgiving Poutine for at least two weeks and will keep it going as long as our turkey supply lastswho knows, we may be able to keep it around for three weeks! For the remainder of the month, when all our turkeys are gone, we will close the month by bringing back another fan favourite - The Angry Boss. We will keep you updated as the month goes. Hi Cheesy FriendsWelcome to September! Eighteen 12 would like to honour the kiddos return to school by combining two of their favourite foods for our September’s Feature Poutine - The Pizza!! It’s our famous hand cut fries, loaded with Canadian cheese curds, smothered with our homemade thick gravy, then topped with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices and mushrooms, THEN drizzled with pizza sauce and our house made pizza spice. You want a pizza me!??! 🙋♀️🍕😍

Howdy folks 🙋♀️ - last night while watching the fireworks at the Amherstburg Uncommon Festival 2018, we found this hat on a bench in the Navy Yard. If you know who the owner is, round em up and let us know. We’ll keep it safe for the cowboy/cowgirl. P.S. it has a Teamsters Local 880 pin on it.

Welcome to August cheesy friends! Eighteen 12 is pleased to introduce August’s feature poutine - The Angry Boss! Our Traditional Poutine topped with our sweet slow cooked pulled pork then topped with crispy onion rings, drizzled with smoky chipotle sauce and finally topped with jalapeño rings!

I was in about 4 months ago for lunch - it was a little busy - there were 2 other people in line ahead of me I can only assume that that was too much to handle because after I ordered and paid for a pulled pork poutine, I got back to my office to find that there was no pulled pork added. I didn't call or go back, I just let it slide. So last Tuesday I decided to give them another try. I was so excited to see it was mac & cheese Tuesday! I asked for that, but with the "Mac" on the side. I was told that that (mac) is not something they sell, so no. I said I am paying for it, I just don't want it on the poutine.still no. I don't get it, is it outrageous to ask for a component of a paid for meal to be placed in a separate container? I guess so. Not friendly. Not accomodating. Not coming back.

Well worth the drive as we live in Lasalle. It is my sons favourite place for Poutine.
First time there he ordered an original with ground beef and I had the boss Hogg. absolutely scrumptious! It was so good we went back 3 days later!! We will be regulars! Amazing staff, service was great! Thanks for serving us with a smile both times!response / report this review -

Great place to stop and have some lunch staff will treat you like family. Every pontine is a creation of its own, definitely something on the menu for everyone. My favorite part is even during rush hours the staff works hard to get every order complete in a timely manner with the greatest of quality. I will be back for more in the future

I've been going to 1812 for almost a year now for a reason, they're the best. I've never been disappointed. Don't waste your time with poutines from places that offer them as side dishes or alternatives, get the real deal, get an 1812. #bigandtasty

I went in to eat for my first time today and got the original poutine. Definitely my new favourite poutine destination! The portions are big and great for sharing, also cheaper than I expected. I will be back! Definitely would recommend trying the poutines here if you never stopped by to try it out yet.

I just left there. I grabbed up a medium size perogie poutine. UNBELIEVABLE! This place has it going on. I will be back for sure.

I ordered the Fully loaded poutine and you haven’t lived until you’ve tried it! The Regular size is huge so do yourself a favor and come with an appetite!!

Poutine was good. We drove from Windsor to enjoy. We're very disappointed with the customer service. It was noon on a Wednesday and we were treated rudely and were like a bother, Rather unfortunate we will not be back

Wow, just WOW! The staff was very friendly and helpful (brought my tweenager who is is indecisive, and they suggested the OG with some added Nacho cheese sauce. It was a HIT!). The Canadian Salad is a delicious masterpiece! We will definitely be back!
