Absolutely impeccable service. It was just amazing to come home from work to an incredibly clean home. The attention to detail is outstanding. Thank you!

We were told that the first cleaning would have to be a deep cleaning which we agreed upon. Upon their arrival they only showed up with dust feathers and we were told that the trinkets picture frames and all surfaces would be dusted and they were not. For the price that was paid the service is not worth it. And they don’t run a vacuum underneath the bed or the coaches.
Please do not pre-book more than one month you will be charged. In addition we had pre-booked the following month and they had the audacity to charge $27 when we gave them a months notice that we didn’t want the service anymoreresponse / report this review -

I have used a cleaning service like this for the first time and am satisfied with the work. Leah was prompt enough to accommodate the service at our convenience. The initial cleaner did not do a good job and when addressed this we were immediately matched with another professional. This too was accommodated at our convenience.
She did an amazing job and the place looked really good. I would recommend that you ask for Petronella if you're thinking of using their services. She did a great job.

Eh Maids! This company should not be in business. Booked them for move in cleaning. The cleaner was an hour late. I got a message saying cleaner is half an hour late. Waited and called after half an hour. No one responds right away. Then they said cleaner is 10 minutes away. Still no one one showed. I called again and they said cleaner is looking for parking. Went out to see, no one there. Finally the cleaner shows up.
Worst part: booked them for a 2000 sq ft house cleaning with finished basement. Told them all together it’s 5 bedrooms and 4 washrooms. The cleaner comes in and says she only was told to clean 1 bedroom and 3 washroom. Anything extra would be charged. Called the company again and no professionalism, they told me that they will call back. Took forever to call me back. They charged me a day in advance before cleaning. The guy who made the appointment, his name is Dexter. Probably was smoking something when he took the appointment for my house. All they say is Sorry.
For anyone who is relying on them to get their house cleaned. Please have a back up plan. Would not recommend their services to any of my friends or family, and to anyone who is reading this review. They should be out of business. Not punctual, unprofessional, and poor customer service.
I am glad they didn’t get to clean my house. Because I am 100% sure, I would not have been happy.response / report this review -

The maid was actually very nice but the quality of work was not there. Deep cleaning typically means dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms etc. I could still see dirt and marks on the floor, one room was not mopped at all. The dusting was not done. I would never use this service again, obviously the management does not care about their staff. A deep clean should require 2 people not just 1 who worked 8 hours by herself.
