We were stranded on the side of the highway, halfway to our destination. The service here was fantastic, they went out of their way to work on our truck, late into the evening to get us on the road without a hotel. Honest prices and good people.

Pretty much charge retail or more. You to prepay to get your part. Then wait, wait, wait, or go somewhere.. EXample: An Explorer Door handle. Quoted at $50. No questions about the color. Just 50 bucks. Go entertain yourself while we remove your part.
Meanwhile, I call the Ford dealership in Strathmore and was quoted $47 dollars for the same part. I said "PARDON"!
The absolutely worst wreckers I've ever dealt with.
You will be better served to source your parts from Calgary, or online for that matter.
It's the third time (if not forth {fifth?}) I've been disappointed by the way they conduct business. They have become complacent, with no competition. Ridiculous.
