Food is good and tasty!
If you want to get away from the chain cafes, this is the place. Good coffee and pastries, and great small town atmosphere.
Nice friend staff and wonderful pasteries
I've been to Rocky's exactly three times. The first time I finally managed to get service after waiting for five minutes, and then it was only because the staff member came out to put something into the display cases. The other two times I gave up waiting and went elsewhere.
Same as going to a supermarket bakery, they don't make the fillings for pies or pastries and is very pedestrian.
I used to love coming to Rocky's, but now I'd rather go to Tim Hortons for a donut. Rocky's used to be fresh out of the oven everything, now it's 3 day old stale donuts and danish's. Even the bread is stale now. I wish Rocky would stop worrying about "beautifying" down town strathmore and go back to backing the awesome food he used to. I'm all for supporting mom & pop businesses, but you have to put something into it to make it worth the $3 donuts. 😖
