Putting all the stress of studying and University aside, the U of S is really nice. Most people you run into here are really laid back and nice! The campus itself is gorgeous in the summer and fall seasons. Wish there was more variety in terms of places to eat, the few restaurants they have in Place Riel get old after a short amount of time. Also wished there were more places to study, most places you go to are full during normal class hours. Parking too is an absolute nightmare if you don't have a parking pass. This however, does not take away from everything else that makes Usask great!

Great place to get a parking ticket on a Friday at 10:30 at night while looking at an art show. Biggest money grab in Saskatoon for parking. I'd give it zero stars if I could.

First visit was summer 1975, on my way to the Churchill River with trusty dog Brujo 1 and sweet Cathy Jo..we made it to Devils Lake and camped on the river and befriended local Athabaskan folks as well as a couple from Saskatoon.. Jack and Judy Shaw. Lost track of all 3 along the way, but wonder dog Brujo stayed with me until 1989, a 16 year run. Miss them all

Horrible school, with some of the most horrible people. The school is run by the white devils who are subserviant to the Chinese. They run the school like a bunch of slave traders. Dr. Sarty from the Biomedical Engineering department is horrible. He has students working for him with no pay. He is what one would call a slave trader. He does not care if they can pay for their school or pay their rent, he only wants free labour. Typical white trash culture.

Ok, so I have never been to this college, but my friend had applied for a PhD program. Communication was poor. Even after sending all the required documents, they never update the application profile. All emails and phone calls went unanswered. All they needed to do was just communicate whether accepted or rejected.

The English department is full of sexist and racist professors. Every chinese student I meet is fearful to speak because the professors base grades off of personal opinions of their students rather than the students actual work: typical egotistical professors. The dean of the college of Arts and Science refused to respond to my desperate emails regarding physical confrontations with multiple professors in her college because she knew I could sue them and she was scared to sue her job as a result of Canada being a socialist country where your social standing trumps your capabilities in the workplace. I am saddened by the pathetic people that work at this university. I have had multiple professors attemp to have sexual relationships with me and I was afraid for my safety as well as what grades they would give me if I refused so I was forced to drop their course and wait to retake it. Unsafe campus multiple reports of rape and violent petty crimes.

Attended post-secondary education here a few years ago. The campus is beautiful at anytime throughout the year but especially spring fall. Outside of Thorvaldson with the fall leaves makes for picturesque scenery. The Engineering building is a hidden gem and you can usually find quite places to study upstairs.
