My experience with DynaPro was absolutely HORRIBLE! The service, communication and overall experience was a complete nightmare! The owner was full of empty promises and had nothing but excuses. I left 3 days later with a $200 bill and the same issue with my truck that I came in with. No one likes being strung along or to be given the run around and unfortunately with this shop, that's all I got. Do yourself a favor, take your vehicle elsewhere!

I was driving through Banff on vacation and blew the crossover pipe gasket on my 2002 Nissan Pathfinder. Junior and the guys at DynaPro were able to inspect my car the same afternoon (other shops were booking 2+ days in advance). They made rapid arrangements to bring in the parts and fixed the car ASAP, understanding of the fact I was in the middle of a road trip. They devoted extra manpower to the project and worked in the shop until 10PM to get the job done far sooner than would have been possible elsewhere, all for an exceptionally fair price. These guys are honest and really know their stuff--5 stars!

Brutal Service. Save yourself the headache and go over to Standish Automotive. They had my vehicle for close to three weeks and did nothing but provide one broken promise after another. It is next to impossible to reach them on the phone, usually just went to voicemail box that was full. I had to drive from Calgary just to speak to them.

These guys are probably the best, and most honest, shop I've ever come across. I can't say enough about them. Their customer service goes above and beyond and they are truly a great shop. I would recommend them to anyone.

I'm from BC and had a differential problem. Had to leave my truck in Banff and they had the opportunity to overcharge but were very fair. Good guys to deal with, definitely recommend them.
