Awful service, the senior customer service lady working at the Banff location was unfriendly and very unprofessional. We were wanting to pick up our Stampede gear ( including 3 cowboy hats, boots for my daughter, a new belt, a head wrap, and a dress shirt for our visit to the Calgary stampede, but left the store with no purchases and no intention of returning. We did visit another location in the NE of Calgary near Sunridge mall and the staff were outstanding, friendly, and we were welcomed as soon as we walked into the store. Perhaps more training is needed in Banff as the lack of customer service and professionalism is disheartening to loyal customers.
