  Placed order for pick up by phone. Was told 45-60 min wait. Showed up 55 minutes after calling. Paid ($45 for 2 ppl to eat), 5 minutes later she came up and said they didn’t have Lo mein. So they never even looked at my items until an hour after placing the order. Had to settle for chow mein, (no discount). Waited another 10 minutes for the order to be ready.
  Nice lady and her daughter beside me asked to cancel their order, (they were told 20-30 mins after walking in.)
  Cashier didn’t want them to cancel, said it would only be another 5-10 mins. Customer said “it’s already been an hour!”
  Walking out I heard the cashier also tell them she was going to have to substitute their Lo Mein Lol.
  Horrible place.

  Third time this has happened. They say that they open at 11 every day but the store doesn't open until they feel like it basically. They need to change the times posted if they are going to keep doing this.
  Just losing business especially with all the highschool kids waiting out side of the store.

  Used to be really good until owners changed from the first original. Now it's up and down and has changed hands a couple times (brief health safety closure in late 2016).

  Spolied by Red Chillie in Oakvile, moving to Waterdown has been a challenge to find a good Chinese restaurant..BUT Lovin the Dragon !
