  I took my SUV in yesterday for an oil change. I was told would only be about 40 mins. I sat in the reception area for and hour and half. was never offered a coffee or even acknowledged that I was there. Was never updated on why it was taking so long. I finally walked over to the service area to inquire what was taking so long and was told that one of the wheel bearings was shot and they where replacing it. Was never asked if I wanted to replace it, they where just doing it and keeping my vehicle overnight. The only person that was half was decent to me was the young girl that worked in the service department. Interesting that they have a sign in their reception area stating that their customers are like family. I'd had to be in their family.

  I'd like to explain my journey with this dealership, ok first off I was looking for a SUV they were able to to find me exactly what I was looking for. Dave brown, Colin parsons and Rick sharma are educated, professional and top notch people they will help you find your vechile you need! I will return to buy my next vechile through them. Thanks again guys! Keep doing what you do!

  The deal I'm sure was not the most lucrative for this dealership, however that notwithstanding, my experience could not have been easier.
  My sales guy Billy and dealership manager Dave did first class work and made this purchase a most enjoyable experience.
  Even though I live two hours away, my next vehicle search/purchase will most certainly start with Davis Dodge in Fort Macleod.

  Recently purchased a new-to-used Ram from Davis Dodge. I was given excellent customer service and there were no hiccups along the way. I'll definitely be back. Both Billy and Ricky were fantastic to deal with.

  Traded in my old vehicle and got great value for it, they were able to find the exact truck I wanted within days and shipping hardly took a week, everything was done quickly and they really proved doing business with them is pain free and enjoyable. Would recommend to anyone simply because of how happy and how much effort they put in to finding my truck quickly so I did not have to wait around. Best part was the great deal on my truck in the end was a great deal over all and wonderful service!

  Have Purchased One Vehicle from Dave Brown already and couldn't have been happier. It was informative and never felt any pressure. Tested out some great options and ended up with a great SUV that I am still driving today. However it is time for a new one and there is only 1 option to finding a new vehicle and that is Dave Brown. Look forward to getting out to see you again soon as I know You and I will find something I love and I know the process couldn't be easier.

  with myself starting a new family I needed a new truck that fit my life style. Not only did Dave brown and his team find me what I needed but also gave me top dollar on my trade in. All of this in fashionable time due to my on going employment. I was never without a truck and I am more then pleased with my experience. I trust Dave brown as a person and a sales person and I have and will continue to recommend any one that needs a new or used vehicle to him. Thank you very much ..
