Just purchased my first Rolex here. The staff was very welcoming and my salesman Koko was fantastic. Definitely will be coming back.

Came here to get an appraisal and looked around.
Very good service and price are low.
Would recommend everyone to buy their rolex from here instead of Raffi who charges to reseize a rolex bracelet.

My son and his friend (two young men of colour) work at one of the hotels down the street from this store. They left work one day a couple weeks ago, still in uniform, and decided to window shop for jewelry. They approached the store only to realize that they were intentionally locked out. The sales staff stood behind the counter and watched them attempting to come in and refused to open the door. This establishment is racist and I would not recommend that anyone go there to spend their money. Go somewhere else that does not discriminate against potential customers.

Came on a surprisingly busy labour day weekend! This place is actually a hidden gem I will tell you honestly. Besides all the high end fashion watches they have, they actually provide EXTREMELY inexpensive watch repair! In and out, literally I timed the technician as he replaced my battery, 1 minute 30 seconds. And thats WITH adjusting the date and all the dials, insane. $10 no tax I've never seen a better deal. I was actually so crazy amazed at how quick he did the watch I brought in, I got him to do the watch I was wearing as it was gonna die any minute. Really good service everyones smiling, you go in there and they sell extremely expensive watches, and they didn't make me feel like a bum just going in there for a battery swap. Great people, and a great company clearly. I went there about a month ago but of all the places I wanted to write about, these guys are on the top.always ask for the guy with the receding hairline he'd honestly the best repair and sales person there. A pro at opening Nixon watches!

Came to Damiani today to have a second hand watch authenticated. The gentlemen here were fantastic and very thorough having even removed the case back for me as I'm a little ocd with these matters. Amazing watchmakers at this jeweller and service like no other. Certainly my new go to authorized dealer..highly recommended, you'll be very impressed. Thank you for your time and expertise today

My good friend and I were looking to purchase watches and visited Damiani Jewellers. Frank Teti was knowledgeable, helpful and professional in helping us purchase two watches at a very reasonable price. His service and after sale service was exceptional. This was a great experience and I would regard Damiani Jewellers as one of the best authorized watch dealers in the GTA.

Unparallelled service from all I dealt with, especially Frank Teti. I purchased two watches (a Tag Heuer automatic & a Citizen Satellite GPS Eco-Drive), and a Benson watch winder. I couldn't be happier. Frank helped me make the right decision as to which Citizen watch would best suit my needs (the Tag Heuer was a much easier decision for me to make on my own). Frank is a very patient man, as I returned to the store several times to have the wrist bands adjusted (I think I'm too picky). Whenever I see him he is always pleasant and cordial, and tells me not to hesitate to come back if I need more adjustments, or for any other matters. Also, Serge, Claudio, Julia and Laura are very affable and I enjoy dealing with them very much. Keep up the fine work!

Thee most stand up jewellery company in Vaughan and the GTA. If you're looking to trade any gold or diamonds, they will give you the best best price. They have so much integrity and ethics, most jewellers pale in comparison.

Visited this store just to browse my Rolex GMT II bezel was almost completely "stuck", very difficult to turn. I mentioned this to one of their service people who immediately offered to check my watch with no obligation. He then returned with the case open to show me how much dirt had accumulated. He then promptly cleaned and polished the watch, tested the bezel and made sure I was happy, all at no cost!
I had a wonderful experience and would be a customer in a heart beat.
