I have always had a great experience when bringing in my fur babies for anything especially my Yotee dog and her poor feet - the laser therapy in the rehab dept. with Mel and Rayleen always made her heal so much quicker!

We lost our sweet Beau this weekend. Though i am usually happy with this vetrinary office i was not this timeBeau had an enlarged prostate and hernia which caused him to have difficulties pooping. I talked to staff twice saying he is not pooping and not eating. Now they did up his surgury to an earlier date but still had weeks to wait. Friday he went in to vet a suppository/enima. Well she passed early morning Saturday. I am not angry or upsetI am not a vet sobut do beleive Beau died of a ruptured bowelwhich i think could of been prevented. Now we are one sad Familyincluding a 4 year old boy.

First time I have been here since the expansion and found the check in was very disorganized but got through. We waited 40+ minutes to see a vet we didn't know, then were called in by the wrong vet who didn't verify our names. So back to the waiting room. Called in by the right vet and she was very helpful. Check out was just as disorganized as check in. Suggest check in and check out be separate lines and different clerks. If Mondays are always such a busy day, perhaps less bookings should be made or more staff be added. Growing pains!!

I am an employee at Cypress View Vet Clinic and have been since November 2015; however, I was a client for a number of years before becoming a part of their amazing Team. As a client, I always was made to feel like my furboys were given the bestest care - everything from after hour calls to let me know how they were doing if they had to stay at the clinic and the personal follow up calls after a visit from Dr. Michelle Rowe to see how they were doing since going home. As an employee, I am "proud" and "amazed" every single day that I arrive at work to be a part of a Team that works so well together, gives the bestest professional care to every pet that comes through the doors and shows the caring and compassion that they do every single day - no matter how busy the schedule is. I have been to other clinics in the City and hands down, I think Cypress View Vet Clinic Team offers the bestest pet care available in our city.

This may be a very biased review but i love working at this clinic! The care for my dog is always fantastic and having the rehab team really amps up his game in the working world!! Hoss loves his vet team!!

Wonderful staff that were warm greeng us and clearly cared about our pup. They ended up checking him out and because no work was actyallt needed they didn't even charge us a single can't! Talk about service!

This clinic is garbage. They have no idea what they are doing. They gave my dog medicine that cause kidney failure, still didn't have a clue. When we took him in they didn't take proper steps like IV fluid to help him, and kept him on this damaging medicine. They close early and won't let you visit your dying four year old dog. All they care about is dollar signs. Last time I take a dog there. Crossroads by 711 has a vet who knows what he is doing go there.
